Go to www.office.com and either add or select your work email. You can access Outlook, Teams, Word and other office products if you are experiencing any issues with the application on the Laptop/PC. Begin by either entering your work email address or selecting it from available choices.

To reset your email password or password for any Microsoft product, after entering the email address, click "Forgot my password."

Next, enter the TI work email address and the letters shown in the test provided.

Finally, select from the available options below to reset your password.
